Power breakfast! Carbs, fat and protein, courtesy of three eggs w/garlic and a sweet potato w/ cinnamon.  #Winning!
Today’s dinner: chicken leg quarter with sautéed tomatoes and a sweet potato.
Tonight’s dinner: chicken breast (seasoned with salt, pepper, cocoa powder and cinnamon), broccoli, Swiss chard and spaghetti squash.
After a full day of work + Crossfit, time for a quick dinner.  8oz of mushrooms, three XL eggs and some HFCS-free salsa.
Today’s dinner: sautéed broccoli with mushrooms and 10oz of tuna.  Added some curry spice, turmeric, salt and pepper.  Great fuel for tonight’s Crossfit!
Today’s dinner: beef pot roast (cooked in crockpot with apples, Asian pears, seasoned with cocoa powder, salt, pepper and cinnamon), spinach and a sweet potato.
Today’s breakfast: 3 eggs over easy w/ sautéed mushrooms, peppers and squash.  Cheers!
Today’s lunch: Wouldn’t normally have eggs in two meals, but I managed to leave my lunch at home.  Picked up an omelet while at work.  Broccoli, peppers, onions, bacon bits and eggs with a side of potatoes.  Not perfect, but passable.
Today’s breakfast: a tad heavy on the meat, but 5 slices of bacon, 3 eggs and 8oz of mushrooms does make for a pretty solid breakfast.
Today’s dinner: grilled chicken breasts (on sale for $1.97 per lb), yellow squash, broccoli and white onion.  Throw on some curry spice and some Thai peanut sauce (unfortunately not paleo) and it’s quite tasty!
